This is a classic black grosgrain butterfly bow tie. It is self-tied.

Grosgrain has a ribbed texture and is less shiny than a satin silk bow tie.

A self-tied bow tie gives you the opportunity to add a little bit of personality to the knot. (If you don’t know how to tie a bow tie, let us know. We are happy to teach you how.)

This bow tie is elegant and classic. It looked great 40 years ago, and it will look great decades from now. It never goes out of style.

It is just about 2 3/4” high. The length is adjustable, and fits neck sizes from 15” to 18”. If you need it to be longer or shorter, let us know. We can adjust the length further.
